Summary:
No monthly fees, low rates nation wide and internationally. Required to dial a 1-800 or
local access number to place call. Prepay required (minimum $10). Account expires 6
month after opening or last recharge.

Customer Service:
We never had to call the customer service phone number. The sign-up
process on the web worked fine and no complaints or inquiries occurred so far.
Phone Line Availability:
We never had a problem that the call didn't get through. Most of the time the
quality of the call is very good. I encountered an echo effect on transatlantic
phone calls a couple of times. One time it disturbed me so that I hung up and
called again at which time the phone connection was again in very good quality.
Billing:
OneSuite is based on prepaid. The minimum amount that can be added to your
account is $10. You can call only as long as there is money on your account.
Recharging of the account can be made via the web or phone with a Visa or Master
card (credit or debit card). The account is closed if no money has been
deposited for six month at which point one would loose the existing balance.
Call details and charges are available for each PinDial and ZipDial number that
you have set up (see below for explanation of PinDial and ZipDial). The account
summary screen displays the remaining balance and the date the account expires.

Features:
OneSuite is a dial-around service meaning that you either have to call a 1-800
number or a local access number. Using a local access number gives you
additional savings on the call but unfortunately these access numbers are only
available at major cities. To simplify the usage of OneSuite a couple of
features are provided.
With PinDial one calls the access number and then enteres a pin number
to place phone calls. With you designate a phone number so that any
calls made to the access number from that phone do not require a pin number.
This simplifies the usage of OneSuite from home or work. Unfortunately an
account can only support a total of 4 PinDial and ZipDial combination. As
previously mentioned each of the 4 have their own usage listings. So you
could easely track how many calls where made through a specific ZipDial or
PinDial.
The RapiDail phone book allows you to store phone numbers that you can
then dial by typing a number between 10 and 60 followed by the # sign. The
only problem is that you have to remember these numbers since only the web
displays whose number the RapiDail is assigned to. To hang up and place an
additional phone call without having to go through dailing the access number
you can just press the # sign twice.
